She was the Manager of Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 1996 to 2002, which involved managing the Morgan Stanley Special Value Fund and later the Small & Mid Cap Strategy from inception. She was the Head of the Small Cap Value Department at Oppenheimer Capital, L.P from 1990 to 1996. She was a Portfolio Manager at Mutual of America Life Insurance Co from 1983 to 1990, it was in this role where Jenny was first given the opportunity to manage small cap assets and she remains focused on this area today. Qualifications: MBA from New York University; BA (Honors) from Yale University.
