He and his team established a highly bespoke and innovative Advisory service investing in a wide range of asset classes. Andrew read History at King's College London before qualifying and practising as a solicitor in the 1990s. He acts as Deputy Fund manager for the Multi-Asset Funds and is directly responsible for the management of £400m of assets for collective investment schemes, captive insurance companies and other institutional clients. His particular expertise within the Multi-Asset team is fixed income strategies. He is a Director of the Channel Islands Investment Management Company (appointed August 2000) and a member of the KBCI Investment Committee. Paul is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and sits on the Guernsey committee of the Institute. | ||

From 1999 to 2001, he was a portfolio manager for a capital protected hedge fund that traded vanilla and exotic options across multiple asset classes. In 2001, Scott developed Dresdner Private Bank’s first fund of hedge funds and later became Head of Alternative Investment Strategy in the Capital Markets Division of Dresdner Bank. Scott returned to Kleinwort Benson in 2005 with responsibility for Multi-Asset Investments and latterly for Fund Management. He currently manages the flagship Multi-Asset and Absolute Return Funds. Scott has 17 years experience in derivatives strategies and 15 years experience in Alternative Investments. He has an MA (Econ) and an MSc (Finance) from the Universities of Edinburgh and York respectively. He is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
